Case Study: Driving Growth through Global Partner & SMB Programs

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) / Aruba, I led the development and global scaling of the Aruba Action Partner Club and orchestrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to accelerate revenue in SMB and SLED markets.


By launching a dedicated SMB partner program, implementing tiered ABM strategies, and designing vertical-specific engagement plays for U.S. K-12 and Higher Education, we delivered hyper-personalized marketing at scale. A robust martech stack (6Sense, Folloze, Drift, Salesforce) enabled precise targeting, performance tracking, and sales alignment.


Results included global replication of the partner program, multiple worldwide MVP awards, President’s Quality Award finalist recognition, and measurable growth in partner engagement and pipeline acceleration.
